On the 15th, under the guidance of the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province, the publicity and promotion event of the "Consumption with Assurance, Refueling with Assurance, Better Life, Joint Construction and Sharing" for refined oil products on the Consumers' Rights Day in Yunnan Province, which was hosted by Sinopec Yunnan Petroleum Branch (hereinafter referred to as: "Sinopec Yunnan Petroleum Branch") and the Yunnan Province Refined Oil Products Circulation Industry Association, was held in Kunming to further enhance consumers' awareness of quality and rights protection, promote honest business operation and fair competition among enterprises, stimulate consumption vitality, and promote the healthy development of the refined oil consumption market.

At the event site, the Yunnan Province Refined Oil Products Circulation Industry Association issued an initiative for honest business operation by enterprises, advocating that consumers choose regular national standard oil products, promoting fair market competition, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. Five member units, namely Sinopec Yunnan Petroleum Branch, PetroChina Yunnan Sales Branch, CNOOC Yunnan Sales Co., Ltd., China Certification & Inspection Group Yunnan Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Qianglin Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd., jointly signed the commitment letter of "Honest Business Operation, Consumption with Assurance, Refueling with Assurance, Honest Business Operation, Better Life, Joint Construction and Sharing", making commitments to the vast number of consumers on seven items including strictly complying with relevant laws and regulations, guaranteeing product and service quality, not conducting false publicity, abiding by the regulations on returns and exchanges, protecting consumers' information, actively handling consumer disputes, and ensuring a safe and reassuring consumption environment. They join forces to create a safe, reassuring, fair and just refined oil market environment in Yunnan Province.

Li Zhihua, the general manager of Sinopec Yunnan Petroleum Branch, said that protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers is the common responsibility of the whole society. The 16 prefectural (city) branches of Sinopec Yunnan Petroleum Branch simultaneously carried out the "3·15" publicity and service series of activities, insisting on providing high-quality goods, warm-hearted service, reliable oil quality and comfortable consumption environment to "fuel" the high-quality development of Yunnan.

urthermore, Sinopec Yunnan Petroleum Branch set up a consultation desk for rights protection and publicity regarding refined oil consumption. They carried out centralized publicity through distributing promotional materials, displaying the enterprise's quality culture, introducing the traceability of testing, and showcasing precise quality inspection instruments to answer consumers' questions and explain the methods of oil quality inspection.
