Reporter Yang Jun reported: As of March 12th, among the 28 exploration and development wells prioritized by Zhongyuan Oilfield this year, 21 wells have entered the on-site construction stage, refreshing the fastest record for the capacity-building project of the oilfield from approval to spudding. Among the 44 new wells implemented since the beginning of the year, 28 wells have been successfully put into production, all reaching the designed production capacity, and oil and gas production has exceeded the planned operation.

Since the beginning of this year, Zhongyuan Oilfield has earnestly implemented the spirit of the work conference of the group company, solidly carried out the theme action of "Remembering Entrustment, Expressing Gratitude and Striving Forward, Innovating and Developing, and Building First-Class", listed 211 annual key work lists. All affiliated units carried out operations based on the work list, and eliminated items one by one, setting off an upsurge of the gongjian and improvement action of "Consolidating the Foundation, Optimizing the Structure, Strict Governance, and Creating First-Class" throughout the oilfield, further accelerating the pace of building a first-class oil and gas company with a production capacity of ten million tons.

Focus on efficient exploration and development to fully enhance the capacity for guaranteeing oil and gas supply. Since the beginning of the year, Zhongyuan Oilfield has focused on increasing reserves and building production in the surrounding areas of oil-rich structures such as Qiaokou-Machang and Weidong, and key areas such as Nan Hejia and Guai Zi Hu, as well as enhancing the recovery rate of 17 key governance units. It aims for large-scale reserve increase in areas such as the Permian System of Puguang, the continental facies in Northeast Sichuan, Qianliyuan in Dongpu, and the Southwest Depression. It has coordinated and advanced the four major projects of "stable production of marine facies in Puguang, rapid increase in production in Tongnanba, stable replacement of continental facies in Puguang, and stable production in Dongpu", strictly implemented measures such as building production capacity, fine reservoir management, and integrated application of enhanced oil recovery technologies to enhance the capacity for guaranteeing oil and gas supply in all aspects.

Promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and consolidate and enhance the operational capacity of gas storage facilities. Accelerate the commissioning of the shallow-layer gas storage facility in Baimiao, improve the expansion plan of the B9 gas storage facility and the Qiao 69 gas storage facility, organize forces to deepen the research on coordinated enhanced oil recovery in gas cap reservoirs, explore the pilot test of aquifer-type gas storage facilities, and continuously make breakthroughs to build an integrated demonstration area where Sinopec's gas storage facilities and oilfield development are coordinated and advanced.

In terms of new energy construction, on the basis of a green electricity consumption ratio of 17.5% last year, consolidate and expand new businesses and new advantages, and further strengthen the regional leading position of the hydrogen energy industry. Actively expand hydrogen energy application scenarios, accelerate the construction of the hydrogen supply center in northern Henan under Sinopec, and carefully organize the follow-up construction projects of photovoltaic power generation. Orderly implement the construction of five comprehensive utilization projects such as new energy in oil depots and Pucheng Transfer Station, carry out research on green electricity consumption and substitution technologies, and strive to achieve an annual green electricity generation of 80 million kilowatt-hours.

They have also innovated the mode of scientific and technological research, deepened the "China-China" cooperation, compacted the research responsibilities of experts and project leaders, conducted star-flag evaluations of the 17 disciplinary teams implemented, and promoted the rapid implementation of 28 topics and 97 key scientific and technological research tasks. Continuously accelerate digital construction, implement the reinforcement project of production informatization, increase the coverage rate of front-end Internet of Things, and promote the vertical integration of the production command system from the branch company to the oil production plant under informatization conditions. Actively create a new pattern of "data-driven" total data governance for exploration and development, and build a shared model of IT infrastructure to provide intelligence and empowerment for oilfield production.
