I. Properties and specificity
As the newest heat-resistant and salt-resistant polymer water-reducing agent, this product can meet the needs of deep, ultra-deep and horizontal well drilling market. Its ability against temperature is up to 220℃, and its ability against salt is up to saturation. It has good API and HTHP water-reducing effect and low viscosity effect, and obviously improves the inhibition of drilling mud, and improves the quality of clay crust. The recommended dosage is 0.3%-1.0%. This product is harmless and environmentally friendly through the inspection and analysis of the main environmental control station of SNPS. In the application of heat-resistant and salt-resistant drilling mud systems with drilling depth from 2000m to 8000m, this product has good inhibition and water-reduction effect, as well as stability against temperature, salt and clay. 1.Shunnan 6 well, Xibei Petroleum Administration (depth 7525m, bottom hole temperature 190℃, density 2.1 g/cm3)
2.Luntan 1, Talimu (depth 8882m, bottom hole temperature 175℃, density 1.55 g/cm3)
