Anti-salt and temperature resistant polymer drilling fluid filtration reducing agent LS-220

I. Properties and characteristics

This product is a water-soluble polymer formulated by copolymerisation of acrylic acid, acrylamide, AMPS and cationic monomer, with heat resistance up to 220 °C, salt resistance up to saturated salt, and apparent viscosity of 1% aqueous solution ≤15.0mPa-s, this reagent is mainly used in high-temperature water-based drilling fluid systems with specific gravity less than 1.6 g/cm3 , which can significantly improve drilling fluid inhibition, reduce API and HTHP filtration loss of drilling fluid and improve the quality of clay crust in well wall, and the additive volume is usually 0.3% ~ 1.0%. When used together with KSPC modifying agent to reduce the filtration loss of lignite, better effect of rheology control and filtration loss reduction is achieved.
