一、Performance and characteristics

Asphalt active agent WSA-1 is a kind of liquid and heavy duty jam releasing agent, which has the functions of penetration, wetting, lubrication, dehydration, mud cake shedding, and temperature resistance up to 220℃.
Because the crude oil itself is more permeable, coupled with other penetrants and other drilling fluids, the product can quickly penetrate into the mud cake or the interface between the well wall and the inner wall of the pipeline to play a role, while the release agent oil has a lubricating effect, reducing the adhesion coefficient. Wetting inversion reduces interfacial tension and reduces friction between the string and mud cake or well wall.
The product penetrates into the mud cake or the soil between the walls of the hole, dehydrates the clay particles, improves the salinity of the water phase, and thus dehydrates the mud cake or the rock formation of the wall of the hole, and the mud cake becomes thin, resulting in cracks or the rock formation of the wall of the hole shrinks and becomes hard. The release agent penetrates into the inner wall of the pipeline and transmits pressure to the mud cake or the wall of the hole, and relieves the pressure difference sticking to achieve the effect of mud cake falling off。
