I. Properties and specificity

Amphionic polymer viscosity reducer for drilling mud XY-27 is prepared by introducing organic cationic and anionic groups on the chains of polymer molecules under eruptive polymerisation and graft polymerisation. In view of the introduction of organic cationic groups, the strength and adsorption rate of XY-27 on clay surfaces are enhanced, and the charges on clay surfaces are neutralised, there is a strong inhibitory property. Numerous anionic groups enhanced the viscosity reducing effect of XY-27. As a highly effective viscosity reducer and strong inhibitor, the viscosity lowering property of low molecular weight anionic polymer inhibitory property of drilling mud system is resolved. It can reduce the structural viscosity and viscosity of drilling mud nozzles, effectively inhibit the hydration and expansion of pelite and shale, and be compatible with drilling muds and chemical agents of different types. It can be used in non-dispersed, dispersed systems and brine drilling fluids, and is an ideal viscosity reducer for inhibited drilling fluids.
